How do I place my order?

All Allen Stone’s Globe Trot Nashville Travel Package Experiences must be purchased online. Experiences will go on sale Friday, October 27th at 10AM CT. After you click “purchase” next to your desired experience, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to finalize and place your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website is the price for two (2) guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note: if you are purchasing before December 1, 2023, the price you’ll pay at check-out is only 60% of the package cost (see payment plan below).

Do the Allen Stone Globe Trot Nashville Travel Package Experiences have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Package Experiences have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Valid photo identification is required.

In addition, guests must be 16+ to attend any events included within the Travel Package Experience.

Do the Travel Package Experiences come with tickets for both Allen Stone performances?

YES! All Travel Package Experiences include two show tickets to see Allen Stone’s acoustic performance on Saturday, February 17th and his full-band performance on Sunday, February 18th.

Where will my seats be for both of the Analog shows?

Both shows will be General Admission only. Attendees will be ushered into the venue on a first come, first serve basis.  But have no fear, with the limited number of spaces available there ain’t a bad seat in the house!

Where is Analog located?

Analog’s entrance is through the iron gates on West End Avenue in Hutton Hotel. 

How and where will I receive my tickets for the Allen Stone performances?

For this event, you will not receive actual tickets. Upon check-in with 100x at the hotel, you will receive a wristband that will grant you access to both shows. 

Is there a payment plan for these Travel Package Experiences?

Yes, there is a payment plan for these Travel Package Experiences! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, December 1, 2023. If you purchase after December 1, 2023, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. This is an automatic payment plan if you purchase before December 1, 2023, meaning you’re on the plan by simply clicking “purchase”!

When will I receive information about 100x check-in?

More information and further instructions including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, one week before the event.  

How will I receive my merchandise included in the Travel Package Experience?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show. 

How will I receive my digital live recordings and photo album?

You will receive a link to your digital live recordings and digital photo album via the email used for purchase within 30 days of the event.

When is the in-studio experience with Allen?

The in-studio experiences will take place on February 17th and 18th between the hours of 10AM and 3PM. The two guests associated with the purchased Travel Package Experience will need to attend the in-studio experience together at the same date and time. We will reach out closer to the event via the email used for purchase to schedule your time slot. 

What time do the shows start on February 17th and 18th?

The shows will start at 8PM and doors will open at 7PM. 

What time is check-in and check-out at the Hutton Hotel?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy:

Check-in: 4PM
Check-out: 11AM

What parking is available at the hotel?

100x Travel Package Experiences do not include hotel parking. The Hutton Hotel has valet and self-parking available in an on-site garage. For more parking information, please click here

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package Experience dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package Experience. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at [email protected] to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x no later than January 31st, 2024.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package Experience?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Hutton Hotel’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating or Room Accommodations as part of the Travel Package Experience, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include your name, Travel Package Experience type and your order number when reaching out to us.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package Experience transfer request must be submitted to 100x by January 31st, 2024.

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package Experience in order to update the will call name. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and confirm your event, email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us before January 31st, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with the Travel Package Experience!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package Experience?

All 100x Travel Package Experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we’d like to do our best to make your experience better so if you reach out to us, and we have a waiting list, we may be able to take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we are able to issue a refund on the package price.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package Experience and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing a Travel Package Experience, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?
