Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing a Travel Package Experience, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Hutton Hotel’s website.

I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my Travel Package or the shows at The Analog?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your hotel reservation OR the shows at The Analog, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

Our Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

All Globetrot with Allen Stone Travel Packages must be purchased online. Public sales open Thursday, January 23, at 1 PM CT. Click “purchase” next to your desired package to complete your order through our ticketing partner.

If you’ve placed a deposit, you can access the presale starting Tuesday, January 21, at 1 PM CT using your unique code (check your email for the code!). After unlocking the packages and adding them to your cart, reenter the code in the ‘Promo Code’ section at checkout to apply your deposit and reduce your total cost.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website for travel packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a Travel Package before Thursday, February 19th, 2025, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan. How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability. 

Is there an age restriction for the Globetrot with Allen Stone Travel Packages?

Yes, all Travel Package Experiences have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Valid photo identification is required.

In addition, guests must be 16+ to attend any events included within the Travel Package Experience.

Can I add a third guest to my reservation?

Due to capacity constraints, adding a third guest to your package is generally not available. However, we understand unique circumstances may arise and are happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a payment plan for The Globetrot with Allen Stone Travel Packages?

Yes, there is an optional payment plan for Travel Packages! If you opt into the payment plan at checkout*, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, February 20th, 2025. If you purchase after Thursday, February 19th, 2025, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. If you select ‘pay in full’ at checkout, no additional payments will be charged after your purchase!

*There is a $9.99 fee to join the payment plan which will be added to your order at checkout.

Please note: the payment plan can only be chosen at the time of purchase. If you pay in full when your package is purchased, the payment plan cannot be opted into after the fact.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

If you opted into a payment plan, the order must follow the payment plan schedule and the full payment cannot be completed early.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you receive an email stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email, or visit this link. We will honor the 10 day grace period (noted on the Tixr link above) whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.

Please note: If you update your payment method to a new card, your payment will attempt to process automatically. If your new card does not process successfully, please reach out to Tixr Customer Service and they can assist you.

Do the Travel Package Experiences come with tickets for both Analog events?

YES! All Travel Package Experiences include two tickets to attend The Globetrot Karaoke with Allen Stone in Analog at The Hutton on Friday, 4/11, and two tickets to attend the private Allen Stone Full Band Performance in Analog at The Hutton on Saturday, 4/12.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

Hotel & Event Information

Where will my seats be for both of the Analog shows?

All events in Analog at The Hutton Hotel will be General Admission only. Attendees will be ushered into the venue on a first come, first serve basis. But have no fear, with the limited number of spaces available there ain’t a bad seat in the house!

How and where will I receive my tickets for the Allen Stone performances?

For this event, you will not receive actual tickets. Upon check-in with 100x at the hotel, you will receive a wristband that will grant you access to all events included in your package. 

What is the schedule for the weekend's events?

We’re thrilled you’re planning your weekend! Event details and timings will be shared closer to the date, so stay tuned for updates.

What time is check-in and check-out at The Hutton Hotel?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy:

Check-in: 4PM

Check-out: 11AM

What parking is available at The Hutton Hotel?

100x Travel Package Experiences do not include hotel parking. The Hutton Hotel has valet and self-parking available in an on-site garage. For more parking information, check the hotel website here

Will there be an incidental hold at The Hutton Hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges. 

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

We kindly request that you wait to reach out to your respective hotel with any specific requests until approximately 1-2 weeks before your check-in date. Please be assured that from our end, everything related to your reservation is confirmed. We typically share our updated rooming lists, including all guest information, with our hotel partners no earlier than one month prior to check-in day.

Where is Analog located?

Analog’s entrance is through the iron gates on West End Avenue in Hutton Hotel. 

How will I receive my digital live recording and photo album?

You will receive a link to your digital live recording of the full band performance and digital gallery with photos from the weekend via the email used for purchase within 30 days of the event.

Travel Package Requests

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

The ‘Sunny Days’ VIP Travel Package Experience comes with the opportunity to add on an additional night for Thursday, April 10th starting at $400.00 per package. You will be presented this option during checkout.

In all other circumstances, if you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. 

Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.

We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate – requests are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email by Friday, March 28th, 2025

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please reach out to us HERE and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us by Friday, March 28th, 2025, the new package holder will be able to check in for their travel package and pick up their event merchandise at the hotel! 

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay and all package elements) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest. 

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE. All requests must be submitted to 100x by Friday, March 28th, 2025.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

Need to update your payment method on file? Please follow these instructions in order to update your card on file.
